Couples Massage:
Learn to give and receive relaxing, therapeutic massage. Healing touch promotes intimacy, increases immune function, reduces stress and expresses love. It is an integral aspect in most partnerships yet is not always expressed for lack of confidence, time and understanding.
Couples Massage Classes are designed to teach basic yet effective massage techniques that will help each partner reduce muscle tension and enhance relaxation.
The format of the class consists of two two-hour sessions. In each session couples learn about quality of touch, positioning, and specific massage strokes.
"Couples" may consist of any two people with an interest in exchanging massage. Bring 2 pillows and blankets. No special or expensive massage equipment needed
