each other. Write 5 things you would like to hear him say to you while
you are in labor, and 5 things he would like to say to you. Share this
with each other. Examples: I love you, you can do this.
Put in writing any special requests they can do for you during labor.
Holding hands, kissing, giving encouragement.
Write a love letter and give it to each other the day of the birth.
The most important thing you can do is love each other. Blessings.
