Breastfeeding is a hands-on art, thus the desire and need for hands-on support as you and your baby gain the skills you need for breastfeeding success. Our doulas can provide you with the resources and support you need to help a smooth transition into one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences you and your baby will share.

For many years breastfeeding fell out of favor. For that reason today’s generation of mothers may have difficulty finding guidance from women experienced in breastfeeding. Fortunately, La Leche League and other organizations and individuals, such as doulas, midwives and Lactation Consultants have assisted in reviving the natural art of breastfeeding.
