Course Description:
What makes this course so powerful, is the inspiring lineup of
presenters! We will spend unforgettable time with Elena Tonetti
Vladimirova, Cascade Anderson Geller, Judy Bluehorse, Sandy Wand,
Shanti Shivani, and more - In this inspiring 10 week series by The Artemis Institute, we will deepen our knowledge of women's healing arts as we explore a variety of healing modalities and creative approaches to supporting new mothers and families throughout pregnancy, birth and post partum. This unique series of classes incorporates opportunities for discussions and hands on experiences of various modalities and perspectives of women's healing arts with learning from women who are very respected in their fields. You will leave this course with tools and experience in furthering your journey supporting women and families.

This class is for doulas, mothers, childbirth educators, women's healthcare practitioners, and ANY woman interested in deepening her
understanding of healing arts. (No Pre-requisites)

YOU WILL:

• Explore techniques for healing birth trauma
• Experience the Yoga of sound and movement for opening in
  birth
• Practice effective, compassionate communication tools and
  methods
  
• Learn techniques of energy medicine for healing in pregnancy
• Taste nourishing plants and herbs & learn how to use them in
  pregnancy
• Discuss international birth & community building
• Deepen our connection to our source of creativity
  through activities of intentional arts, song &
  drumming
• Create projects within your community to support
  mothers and families
