Jacqueline 'Hope' Medford
CPM
Hope is the founder of and facilitator for the Artemis Institute. She is a Midwife (CPM), artist, drummer, bodyworker and community education organizer. She has worked locally and internationally as midwife at Mother Tree Birth Services, the African Birth Collective, Andaluz Waterbirth Center, and Huari Women's Colllective, Peru. As co-founder of and Education Coordinator for Tryon Life Community Farm, she developed her skills in facilitation and community organization.

Jesse Remer Henderson
CD, CDT (DONA), LCCE
Jesse is the founder of Mother Tree Birth Services. She is a Lamaze certified educator and and a certified DONA International doula and doula trainer. She has supported hundreds of families in an out of the hospital setting. She has worked in the Legacy Health System, Adventist Medical Center, Zenana Spa and Wellness Center and Loving Touch Classroom.

Gretchen Kraig Turner
CD, Birthing From Within Mentor
Gretchen is a Birthing From Within Mentor, doula and high school teacher. As a former research scientist, she specializes in bringing evidence-based approach and scientific mindset to her role in providing advocacy and prelabor counseling and birth preparation in her classes.

Stacey Marshall,
CD, Educator
Stacey is a Mother Tree childbirth educator and doula. Highly experienced in hospital birth, home birth and birth center birth, she brings real-world expertise into the classroom and has taught at Zenana Spa and Wellness Center and Loving Touch Classroom. Stacey is also the Educational Adjunct Class Coordinator for Birthingway College of Midwifery.
